Youth athletics is important to the development of the whole person. St. Austin Catholic School, nested in downtown Austin and established in 1917, strives to develop excellence in the classroom and on the field/court. We have a long tradition of having a community that embraces sports as way of building character, determination, and teamwork while strengthening the bonds of our community of families from 42 zip codes in the Austin area.
The Birdies for Eagles Charity Golf Tournament is our way to raise money to improve and repair our Eagles’ gymnasium. This is important for both the safety of the participants and for achieving program goals. St. Austin is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donation may have tax benefits.
COMMITMENT - To your team, to your school, to the sport, to practice, to improvement, and to yourself.
EFFORT - Defined as "A difficult or tiring exertion of the strength or will, an earnest attempt."
WINNING - We believe that winning is a direct reflection on our work ethic as a school community.
LEARNING - We're here to learn about the game, the rules, developing team unity, and sportsmanship.
